Skyvue Apartments - Rise Real Estate

Ambling (now RISE) hired Massaro Corporation as the construction manager for the SkyVue Apartment building, located along Fifth and Forbes Avenues in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The 14-story, terraced structure totals more than 550,000 square feet. The new complex ranks among the largest new apartment developments in the history of Pittsburgh’s Oakland district. Throughout 389 apartments the building features a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units.
