Franciscan University of Steubenville - Holy Spirit Friary

The new sanctuary and living quarters provides modest accommodations for 23 friars and includes:
A 25 x 35 square foot, 2-story chapel
Community room and library
Kitchen and laundry facilities
An exercise, dining, parlor and dining rooms
23 bedrooms
Additional meeting rooms for spiritual direction

The facility also includes handicapped accessibility features for elderly friars and guest rooms for visiting friars and clergy. The structure features a bell tower, courtyard, fountain,
and terrace with asphalt and limestone pavers.
