Carlow University Grace Hall
Massaro Design Build was hired to handle the relocation of university functions housed on five floors of Grace Hall in multiple phases during renovations being performed by Massaro Corporation. Relocation consisted of nine departments moved into temporary areas in five other buildings.
The process of creating design permit drawing sets, minor construction to temporary sites, and physical relocation was completed within Carlow's tight schedule of April 1 to August 1.
The relocation project was executed on a time and material basis to help keep project costs as low as possible for the university and its overall construction budget.
