Massaro Properties, LLC purchased this 6-story, 51,000 square foot office building, located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, in early 2008. Renovations included new public restrooms, entryways and corridors, ceilings, doors and frames, a new roof and MEP upgrades throughout the building.
