INTERNS

Massaro's internship/cooperative program provides the opportunity to gain insights into the construction industry through meaningful, hands-on experiences. From estimating, surveying, and field experiences, our interns assume a diverse array of responsibilities during their time to ensure that they gain the full experience. A personalized development plan, which includes access to Massaro training and other company resources, ensures that the intern will get the most out of their experience with us.

Massaro partners with many of the local universities. Massaro offers internships at our corporate headquarters, regional offices, and jobsites.
 

 

CO-OP STUDENTS

Co-op students are enrolled in college and work for our companies at the same time. The co-op experience takes place for a semester and the student receives college credits for the work experience. Massaro currently partners with the University of Pittsburgh,  West Virginia University,  Carnegie Mellon University, and  Penn State University and students from these institutions should pursue a co-op position through their respective campus program recruiting offices.
